The Railway Recruitment Board was set up in 1985 in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The first Railway Recruitment Board is known as the Railway Service Commission, Ajmer. The Railway Service Commission, Ajmer was set up in 1983. After was this board change the name as Railway Recruitment Board Ajmer, Rajasthan. The RRB organization is working through the Government of India. The Railway Recruitment Board conducts examination for various degree courses as Technician Signal Maintainer Gr II,  Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant Gr II,  Assistant Loco Pilot, Rajbasha Asssitstant Gr II, Technician Gr III, Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant Gr II, Junior Engineer Gr II, Section Engineer, Staff Nurse, Holter Technician etc. various candidates in the state Rajasthan appear in this exam. The Railway Recruitment Board, Ajmer will announce of written examination for the vacancy of Technician Grade II and  Grade III was taken on 16th December, 2013. The Candidates will select on the basis of the performances of the written exam.
